Booking Policies
How To Secure An Appointment:
When booking an appointment online, a card on file is required to secure the appointment. In doing so, it helps me know that you are serious about coming to your appointment.
Appointment Changes

Please provide 2 days (48 hours) notice for any reschedule or cancellations of your appointment. Any less than 48 hours notice is considered a last-minute appointment change.

Failure to attend your scheduled appointment, without notice, will be considered a no-show. No-shows will not be tolerated & future appointments will no longer be accepted.

When running late, a 15 minute grace period is granted. Once the grace period has passed, the appointment will be cancelled, and considered a no-show.
**In the event of a last-minute appointment change/no show, a 100% fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
Preparing for your Appointment

Do not curl your lashes with a lash curler 2 days prior to your appointment.

No caffeine prior to your appointment. This causes your eyes to flutter, making it difficult during your service.

Avoid any makeup around the eyes

No talking during the service. This will cause your eyes to flutter, making it harder for me to isolate each natural lash.

Do not wear contacts, bring contact cases to remove them before your appointment or wear glasses instead. The glue fumes will dry out your contacts during the service and will feel uncomfortable.

Dress warm and comfortable & have a great nap!
Upon Arrival

Arrive on time.

If you feel like you will be a few minutes late, notify me.

Please park on the street. (Driveway is off limits)

Notify me upon arrival & I will let you know when to come in.

Wear a mask & sanitize upon arrival.
Payment Methods

Payment types accepted are: Debit, Visa, MasterCard. All products and services are non-refundable.
